I have been with LPT Realty since February 1, 2023. This has been a big blessing to be one of the founders of Texas LPT Realty. As a builder, I appreciate seeing this company develop the right tools, support, and technology for agents to succeed in any market. The game plan for me is simple: Let’s Prosper Together.

Who is Robert Palmer?

Robert Palmer is the visionary founder of LPT Realty. He has been an entrepreneur for many decades and started as the owner of RP Funding, a Mortgage Company in Florida. His goal to help as many Listing Agents win more Buyer deals gave him the passion to create a company called Listing Power Tools. Robert is a master at marketing companies and has spent more than $100 million on marketing his mortgage business through Radio, Television, and Billboard Advertising. His name is well known throughout Florida. He is a web developer and coder. His skills put Listing Power Tools into the hands of 16,000 agents, and our LPT Connect is the dashboard for all of our LPT Realty agents.

LPT Realty is a Cloud Based Brokerage. Since LPT Realty is not a Franchise-based brokerage, we allow agents to join the company at no charge. No fee to join, and no monthly fee. We do have an annual Fee of $500 that is paid when you close your first transaction with the company. The best part is that LPT is investing in your success by sharing all of our tools with you to build your foundation and your business. When you are successful, so is LPT Realty.

Pick Your Plan

At LPT Realty, agents have the choice of commission plans. The first option is our Business Builder Plan. This is an amazing plan that has a $500 per file fee to the agent. When an agent closes the 10th transaction of the year, they are now at a true 100% commission. They will keep everything they earn on each transaction over the 10th. This savings in company commissions allows the agent more flexibility in their business building plans. LPT wants the agent to put more money in their back pocket.

The second option is our Brokerage Partner Plan. This commission choice allows the agent to access a few more perks of the company because the company is getting more money from the agent annually. The Split is an 80/20 split with a $15,000 annual cap. This option allows the agent to receive additional stock awards, revenue share, and discounts on marketing materials and our LPT PLUS agent plan.

LPT Connect

LPT Connect is our backend agent dashboard is a single login setup that gives access to 100% of our tools. Agents have quick access to our electronic signature website, Dotloop. Getting into the agent lead generation website Lofty is super simple. Listing Power Tools is our FREE new listing marketing box that contains over 150 pieces of promotional materials. Agents can track their transactions, revenue share, and performance awards. From Connect, agents can get the support they need for their questions from our Ticket System, which gets your challenges worked out super fast. The training is accessible through the Knowledge Base, our online and in-person training program.
