Black Badge Requirements
Achieving Black Badge status requires agents to excel in five key areas:
Production: Complete 35 Full Core Transactions within an anniversary year, showcasing high productivity and a commitment to client results.
Compensation Plan: Maintain Brokerage Partner status throughout the anniversary year, reflecting dedication to LPT’s revenue-sharing model and mutual growth.
Community Engagement: Community involvement requirements are currently waived. We encourage agents to engage in charitable events, local initiatives, and LPT community activities to enhance their impact.
Leadership: With formal leadership contributions waived, agents are encouraged to share their expertise through training, knowledge sharing, and Connect forums.
Awarding: The Black Badge is awarded on the last day of the anniversary year, while agents who qualify will have a 3-year vesting on the awarded stock shares.
